What is Scratch?
Scratch is a coding community for kids and teenagers. Scratch is based on a visual-block programming language which makes it interactive for many kids (and sometimes even adults) to enjoy.

These are the four buttons you'll see on the top-left corner. But we will only concentrate on the "Create" option.
If you want to create your first ever game on Scratch, you need to click this. After you do so, you get welcomed with this screen:












This is the editor. You'll create all of your games here. let's get more knowledge about it!

Motion:
Suggested by the name, the motion category is mainly used to add motion in your game!
The main focus in this category is Moving and Rotating.






















Looks
Now lets say you added motion to your game, now you want to change the size or just the visual appearance of the player. This is where the Looks category takes place!
The main focus on this category is multiple things such as: Changing graphics of the player, changing the size, and whether the player should be hidden or not!
